We gave our Mission Statement away on the Home Page but it’s worth repeating:

We really just want to help navigate life more easily, one YOGA HAPPY HOUR at a time.

For to quote the Peace Pilgrim “when you find peace w/in yourself, you become the kind of person who can live at peace w/ others”.

And what another great commodity that is, Peace. Can you imagine?

With the eight limbs of yoga in mind – asanas being one very important of them; we developed the logo below. It’s like a clock with a clock, or more appropriately precious time, at the center of our endeavors.

Why a clock? Because time is a priceless commodity. It’s the distance between our first & last breath, really – to elaborate, we further believe:

“Time is relative; its only worth depends upon what we do as it is passing.” -Albert Einstein

At YOGA HAPPY HOUR we understand no one can ‘spend’ time for us.

We can’t make you listen to, better move alongside, the Practices nor read the Interviews. We can only invite you, as a good Yoga teacher might, to take a physical or proverbial stretch. To get your Yoga on – regularly and just for 10 Minutes – thus encouraging you to take care of your temple both inside & out mitigating the stress that often unnecessarily accumulates during the day.

That shared, Yoga is first and foremost a Spiritual Endeavor. Thus, no one can do it for you. You must yoke it, and yoke it for you, alone. Not unlike a self-help exercise; detaching yourself from any/all outcome.

Om Shanti.
